Delicious Chocolate Cake

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1 cup canola oil

1/2 cup cocoa

Mix well

2 tsp baking soda

2 eggs

1 cup milk + 1-2 tbsp vinegar (or 1 cup buttermilk)

1/2 tsp salt

Mix well

1 cup boiling water

Mix well

Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutesuntil toothpick comes out clean from center of cake.

Enjoy with cool whip or your favorite frosting. (We like chocolate with crushed pop tarts).
