Turkey Ring
1 roll Crescent Rolls
1 cup chopped (leftover) cooked Turkey
3 Tbsp dried Cranberries
2 Tbsp chopped Walnuts
3 Tbsp Miracle Whip (I used 1/2 Miracle Whip and 1/2 Mayonnaise)
1 Tbsp Honey Mustard
salt and pepper
swiss cheese (could use shredded but I used sliced)
Looking back, I think some chopped celery would have been a great addition. Next time. Oh, and I'm not really sure about the measurements, you know me: I just dump until it looks/tastes good.
Grease large baking sheet and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay crescent rolls on baking sheet in a circle with wide end toward the center.
Mix all ingredients (including cheese if using shredded) in a bowl. Spoon onto largest part of each crescent roll. If using sliced cheese, break each slice into thirds and place over filling. Fold each dough triangle over filling and seal tightly. You can brush with a beaten egg or melted butter, but I prefer to leave mine as is.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
