Pizza Casserole

I like this dish because it can be edited to meet individual tastes. I've cut this recipe in half from the original and changed the ingredients. Double what is here to fit a 4 qt casserole dish and add olives, mushrooms, etc. to meet your own taste.

3/4 lb. ground beef
2 green onions chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2-1/2 cups egg noodles
10 oz. jar pizza sauce
4 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef with onions and spices, drain.

Cook noodles as directed and drain.

Combine noodles and beef mixture with remaining ingredients except cheese. Turn into a 2 qt baking dish (I use my 8x8 pan). Sprinkle cheese over top.

Bake at 350 degrees covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
