3 tbsp mayonnaise
shredded mozzarella cheese (or 4-cheese italian blend)
2 tbsp chopped olives
1 pkg garlic texas toast
Preheat broiler. Mix mayo, cheese and olives.
Lightly brown both sides of toast under broiler. Spread mixture evenly onto toast. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Return toast to baking sheet.
Broil until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Other options: Instead of olives use chopped mushrooms, ham or turkey.
